Calling artists for nation-wide touring exhibition The Tamworth Regional Gallery is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) from artists for a nation-wide touring exhibition. The 6th Tamworth Textile Triennial (6TTT) will be on display in late 2026, but EOI’s are being called upon from 10am, 5 March to 5pm, 5 May 2025 to allow artists plenty of time to produce their works once selected. Open letter regarding the withdrawal of Australia’s 2026 Venice Biennale Representatives

Creative Australia announced that it will not proceed with the artistic team selected to represent Australia at the 2026 Venice Biennale. This decision, reportedly made unanimously by its Board, was said to be justified by concerns over “prolonged and divisive debate.” Memo has published an open letter in response to the decision which can be read in full here.
