Upon successful payment, you will be emailed a PayPal receipt confirming payment, followed by an official AAANZ receipt of purchase. This document acts as a regular invoice (non-tax invoice) and receipt combined. It contains the payment date, supplier name, contact details, ABN, reason for purchase, and final cost.

Please note: AAANZ is not registered for GST; therefore, no GST has been applied to this transaction. Because we do not charge tax, we issue regular invoices instead of tax invoices.

The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) accepts email and digital receipts as valid proof of purchase. The ATO accepts receipts embedded directly in the body of an email and does not require receipt files to be in a specific format like a PDF; the email text itself acts as valid electronic evidence. If you do not receive our communication, please check your spam, junk, quarantine, or promotions folders, and mark emails from AAANZ as “safe.”
