Communications
- It is very important that the conference organisers are able to communicate with you, so please double check that your contact details provided to conference organisers are correct. If your contact changes please email us at conf@aaanz.info.
- The Panel Convenor is the main point of contact between speakers and the conference organisers. If you have questions or concerns regarding your paper please contact the Panel Convenor. For all other enquiries contact the conference organisers.
Panel Guidelines and Technical Requirements
- All panels have been allocated 90 minutes and will typically consist of three papers. Regardless of format, no individual talk should exceed 20 minutes.
- Please ensure that you arrive in time to load your presentation. If there is a another panel in your room prior to your session you can load your presentation in one of the breaks.
- Please bring your presentations on a USB and transfer to the desktop.
