In accordance with Section 24 of the Associations Incorporation Act 1985 (SA) the Art Association of Australia & New Zealand alters its rules to add two additional clauses, 21.6 to section 21 Finance, and 23.4 to section 23 Winding up, of the Rules of the Association (2023), to be endorsed for Deductible Gift Recipients (DGR), as outlined in the Context and summary of proposed changes below.

Under section 15 of the Rules each financial member present or by appointment of proxy is entitled to vote. Proxies must be returned to the Business Manager via email admin@aaanz.info at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the general meeting.
