Price: $65 AUD plus 2.6% surcharge
This membership category is designed to support students, early-career researchers, and low-income practitioners. To qualify for this category, members must hold a valid Australian or New Zealand Health Care Card, a current student ID, a self-funded retiree or earn less that $40,000 per year. Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- Awards & Funding: full eligibility to enter the annual Art Writing and Publishing Awards (AWAPAs) and apply for AAANZ grants, prizes, and research funding
- Conference Access: grants the right to purchase one discounted member-rate ticket to attend or present at the annual AAANZ Conference
- Marketing & News: the ability to request professional news items, including employment vacancies, funding opportunities, events, and calls for papers to be published on the AAANZ News page and distributed to subscribers via the weekly e-newsletter
