Early-bird non-member — $600 AUD
Early-bird member full rate — $370 AUD
Early-bird member concession* — $140 AUD

STANDARD tickets will be available from Monday 2 November to Wednesday 25 November

Non-member — $680 AUD
Member full rate — $440 AUD
Member concession* — $205 AUD

* To qualify for concession registration you must be a member and hold one of the following, a valid Australian or Aotearoa New Zealand Health Care Card, a current student ID, a Commonwealth Seniors Health Card holders, or earn less than $50,000 per year.

Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to AAANZ.

  • Cancellations received more than 30 days before the conference will receive a full refund, less a $30 AUD administration fee.
  • Cancellations received 14–30 days before the conference will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received less than 14 days before the conference are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed following the conclusion of the conference.

Registrations may be transferred to another attendee at no additional cost. Please contact AAANZ prior to the conference to arrange a change of registration name.

AAANZ recognises that unforeseen or exceptional circumstances may arise, including serious illness, hospitalisation or bereavement. Requests for cancellation outside the above terms may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of AAANZ.

AAANZ membership fees are separate from conference registration fees and are non-refundable. Cancellation of a conference registration does not entitle the registrant to a refund of any membership fee paid.

In the event that AAANZ cancels the conference, registered attendees will be entitled to a refund of their conference registration fee.
