Registration

Upon successful payment, you will be emailed a PayPal receipt confirming payment, followed by an official AAANZ receipt of purchase. This document acts as a regular invoice (non-tax invoice) and receipt combined. It contains the payment date, supplier name, contact details, ABN, reason for purchase, and final cost.
Please note: AAANZ is not registered for GST; therefore, no GST has been applied to this transaction. Because we do not charge tax, we issue regular invoices instead of tax invoices.
The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) accepts email and digital receipts as valid proof of purchase. The ATO accepts receipts embedded directly in the body of an email and does not require receipt files to be in a specific format like a PDF; the email text itself acts as valid electronic evidence. If you do not receive our communication, please check your spam, junk, quarantine, or promotions folders, and mark emails from AAANZ as “safe.”

To qualify for concession registration you must be a member and hold one of the following, a valid Australian or Aotearoa New Zealand Health Care Card, a current student ID, a Commonwealth Seniors Health Card holders, or earn less than $50,000 per year.
Cancellations must be made in writing to AAANZ.
- Cancellations received more than 30 days before the conference will receive a full refund, less a $30 AUD administration fee.
- Cancellations received 14–30 days before the conference will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations received less than 14 days before the conference are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed following the conclusion of the conference.
Registrations may be transferred to another attendee at no additional cost. Please contact AAANZ prior to the conference to arrange a change of registration name.
AAANZ recognises that unforeseen or exceptional circumstances may arise, including serious illness, hospitalisation or bereavement. Requests for cancellation outside the above terms may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of AAANZ.
AAANZ membership fees are separate from conference registration fees and are non-refundable. Cancellation of a conference registration does not entitle the registrant to a refund of any membership fee paid.
In the event that AAANZ cancels the conference, registered attendees will be entitled to a refund of their conference registration fee.
