Registration
Registration for the 2023 AAANZ conference is open until 1 December. You can pay for your registration via GriffithPay.
Please note all panel convenors and speakers must be current members of AAANZ.
To take advantage of the member conference registration price you must be a current member. You can join of renew here. Please direct any queries about membership to the AAANZ Business Manager via admin@aaanz.info. For any queries regarding registration please contact the conference committee via conf@aaanz.info.

CATERING AND COCKTAIL RECEPTION
Registration includes catering for the conference days on Thursday 7 December and Friday 8 December and a welcome cocktail reception on the evening on Wednesday 6 December (following the first Keynote Speaker).
CONFERENCE DINNER (Thursday 7 December 2023)
There is an option of a 2 course meal at the Sofitel for $70 per person (beverages additional). If you would like to attend the dinner, please select and pay for this option when you register via GriffithPay.
Accommodation Offers
The conference is located at Griffith University’s Gold Coast campus. The campus is easily accessible via G:Link and includes options of Smart Ticketing or purchasing a go seeQ card, which includes 2 journeys on the Airtrain that operates between Brisbane domestic airport and the Gold Coast.
There are a range of hotels and budget accommodation at the Gold Coast but the following are offering AAANZ Conference delegates a special rate (website will be updated with more accommodation offers as they become available).
The hotel is a 8 minute walk to Griffith University campus. Call 07 5603 3200 or email sharks.res@mantra.com.au and provide the discount code “Griffith Uni”. This will entitle you to a 10% discount of the Flexible rate. Please note that if the booking in not made through the property no discount can be applied. The discount code will not work on the website and discounts can only be provided at time of booking and not at check in.
