Call for applications: ANU Centre for Art History and Art Theory Sir William Dobell Visiting Chair and Fellowship Program for 2027
The ANU Centre for Art History and Art Theory is now inviting applications or the 2027 Sir William Dobell Visiting Chair and Fellowship Program.
One Visiting Chair and up to four Visiting Fellowships are available for national and international art historians and curators looking to undertake innovative research and engage with the University’s vibrant academic community.
Successful Chair will receive:
- Up to $15,000 (domestic) and $18,000 (international) towards travel and accommodation in Canberra for 3 to 6 months
- Up to $20,000 in research-related expenses
- Office space, library access, and full access to ANU facilities and events
Successful Fellows will receive:
- Up to $5,000 (domestic) or $7,500 (international) towards travel and accommodation in Canberra for up to 3 months
- Up to $2,500 in research-related expenses
- Office space, library access, and full access to ANU facilities and events
